Gascon house . Badalona
The project involves the renovation of an existing house in a very narrow and deep space between existing buildings, in the old quarter of Badalona. Light reaches the center of the house on the ground floor through a lightwell on the roof, a glass floor on the top floor and a generous stair core in the center.
The functional program stems from this aim at crossing the three floors with natural light.
